Melbourne Timber Supplies Return Policy

Please note that custom products or items cut to size cannot be returned or refunded. This policy ensures each customized order meets your requirements and cannot be resold. We highly recommend reviewing your order thoroughly before confirming the purchase. If you have any questions, our friendly customer support team will gladly assist you.

For returns to be eligible, the following conditions must be met:

  1. Damaged or Faulty Items: The received item must be damaged or faulty, as agreed upon by an authorised Melbourne Timber Supplies Representative.
  2. Original Condition: The item must be in the same condition you received it, unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging.
  3. Return Window: You have 14 days from receiving the product to return it.
  4. Documentation: A receipt or proof of purchase, along with a photo of the damaged/faulty item emailed to us within 2 days of receiving the product.
  5. Exclusions: We do not accept returns or refunds for Custom Products, special orders, Improper storage & if the product has been modified. This policy also does not cover Improper installation, negligence, accidents or acts of nature.
  6. Freight & Handling Fee: Customer must pay for freight to and from their location if a team member from Melbourne Timber is picking up the goods.

Important Considerations:

  1. Change of Mind/Wrong Purchase: We kindly ask that you choose and purchase products carefully and to your specific dimensions, as returns due to change of mind or incorrect purchases will not be accepted for refunds, credits, or exchanges.
  2. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for covering the cost of return shipping and ensuring the item reaches us safely.
  3. Restocking Fee: A 20% restocking fee may apply in the scenario where Melbourne Timber have agreed to accept a return.
