BGC Duratex

BGC Duratex (Blue Boards)

Duratex is a tough fibre cement base sheet — the substrate you render or texture-coat over, not a finished cladding. Paired with a matched proprietary jointing and coating system it gives a smooth, seamless rendered façade. It’s non-combustible, water-resistant and lightweight, with a factory blue tint for easy ID on site. Thickness maps to bushfire rating under AS 3959: 7.5mm = BAL-29, 9.0mm = BAL-40. We stock it across our Deer Park, Pakenham, Geelong, Ballarat and Bendigo yards.
