Our pre primed pine lining boards come with a factory-applied primer already on, so you can move straight to your topcoat without priming individual boards on site. It’s a practical time-saver on bigger jobs, and it gives a more consistent base coat than hand-priming usually achieves.
We stock three profiles in this range, all milled at 138x11mm with a 132mm cover: Lining Board VJ302, the classic V-groove profile; Lining Board VH321, a related V-groove profile with a slightly different face detail; and Lining Board Shiplap, an overlapping profile with a flatter, more contemporary line than VJ.
All three suit interior walls and ceilings, and the shiplap profile in particular is a common choice for alfresco ceilings and verandahs once properly sealed.
If you’re renovating an older property, it’s worth checking with our team before ordering. VJ302 and VH321 look similar at a glance but aren’t identical, and matching the wrong profile to existing boards is one of the more common mistakes on renovation jobs.
