The 66x18mm Half Splayed Pine gives you a little detail without making the trim look too dressed up. Part of the face runs on an angle, which is what separates it from an ordinary piece of dressed pine. At 66mm wide, it sits comfortably around many internal doors and windows without taking over the wall. The 18mm thickness gives it a decent edge as well. Pine will naturally vary in grain and appearance, so lengths won’t always look exactly alike. If you’re replacing existing trim, keep a piece of the old one handy. Comparing the two side by side is easier than working from memory.
