This is one of the chunkier options in the Bevel MDF range. The 92mm width gives it plenty of presence around a door or along the bottom of a wall, and at 18mm thick it doesn’t have the flatter look of the 12mm version. There’s still nothing fussy about the profile. A straightforward bevel runs across the face and gives the board its detail. For a renovation, it can be useful where existing trims are on the wider side; for a new job, it’s simply a matter of whether the proportions suit the room. Measure first, particularly around tight doorways, cabinetry and corners, before settling on the wider size.
