The difference with this board is the width. You’ve got 92mm across the face but only 11mm through the timber, so it looks broad from the front without having a heavy edge. There isn’t much else going on with the profile, and that’s intentional. It’s dressed pine kept simple. That leaves plenty of scope for using it on finishing work where the size fits what you’re doing. It may also come in handy when an old, wider piece of trim needs replacing. Take a measurement before buying, though. Existing timber can be surprisingly different from the size you’d guess just by looking at it.
